Kamuroan is located approximately 10 minutes away from the Kyoto JR Station by taxi (approx. 1000 yen), and approximately 15 minutes away by bus.
It is also located approximately 10 minutes away by foot from the World Heritage Site, Kiyomizu-dera.
Kamuroan is a traditional Japanese building that is 2 stories high.
Each accommodation room is a Japanese style room, where guests can experience sleeping in a traditional Japanese bedding.
There are 3 accommodation rooms available in total, with a limit of up to 10 guests staying at a time.
The Okami loves to take care of the guests.
At Kamuroan, guests can enjoy a homestay-like experience and hospitality in Kyoto.
The Okami-san resides in the same building, and will be able to rush to the rescue if there are any troubles during the stay.
It is truly an experience that you cannot get at a hotel.

You are welcomed by the landlady called “okami”.
*There is air conditioning, television, dresser, table, seat chair, and cushions available in the tatami room.
*Futon mats and yukatas are provided every night to make your stay more comfortable.
*The futon types are changed according to the season. Thinner sheets are provided in the summer, whereas thicker blankets are provided in the winter.
*Bed sheets and blankets used in Kamloo are used by each customer cleanly washed at home.
*Please do not worry because the sheet blankets are clean.
*After being used for each customer (per room), shower room and bathroom are washed cleanly.
*There are no personal bathrooms located within the bedroom; however, there is a communal restroom on the second floor, and 2 communal western bathrooms available on the first floor.
Breakfast is available at an additional fee and is prepared according to the visitors’ tastes and requests. If you would like to have breakfast provided, please contact the Okami.

We will try to accommodate you as best as we can.
